LIFE COACH AND MASTER TRAINER

Meet Sarah

I’m Sarah Sweeney, a certified professional life coach dedicated to helping individuals turn barriers into stepping stones. With a master’s degree in social work and years of advocacy for people with disabilities, I bring a unique perspective and passion for empowering others to achieve their goals.

I specialize in working with individuals striving for independence, parents of children with disabilities, and professionals seeking personal growth. My coaching approach is rooted in empathy, practical strategies, and a belief in the limitless potential of every person.

Growing up in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, I learned the value of resilience and the importance of creating opportunities. Outside of coaching, I enjoy traveling, writing, and sharing stories that inspire change and connection.

My Services

Life Coaching

With both personal and professional experience, I have developed specialized knowledge around navigating life with a disability and the unique complexities it brings. Whether you’re focusing on emotional well-being, social connections, or overall happiness, life coaching will help you create positive shifts in every area of your life.

Using the Fowler Method of coaching, I’ll support you as you work through challenges, offering practical tools and exercises to help you gain clarity on the direction you want for your life. Together, we’ll create strategies that lead to meaningful change and your desired outcomes.

Empowerment Coaching

Does your child struggle with feelings of frustration or sadness about their disability? Through empowerment coaching, I help them navigate these emotions while focusing on their unique strengths and abilities. By shifting the focus from limitations to possibilities, we work together to build their confidence and sense of self.

Using the Fowler Method of coaching, I provide personalized exercises, share effective tools, and create strategies specific to your child’s individual needs, helping them embrace their potential and achieve their goals.

I speak from personal and professional experience, having navigated life with a disability and advocating for others to overcome obstacles and thrive. Through motivational speaking, I encourage individuals and groups to shift perspectives, address challenges, and discover opportunities for growth.

I also work with organizations such as schools, workplaces, and college campuses to help them better understand the experiences of individuals with disabilities. My talks provide practical insights and actionable strategies for creating more inclusive and supportive environments.

My goal is to help audiences build resilience, recognize their strengths, and approach challenges with confidence and purpose. Whether addressing personal barriers, societal dynamics, or systemic change, I equip people with the tools they need to foster understanding and create meaningful progress.
